Shipping Policy
General Shipping Info
Unless noted otherwise in the ordering pipeline, Tapas Yoga ships all items within two days of receiving an order. You will receive notification of any delay or cancellation of your order. An email notification will be sent when your order is shipped.
Order Cancellation Fee
There is no cancellation fee for orders placed that are cancelled before shipment. Orders that have been shipped and are cancelled or refused prior to delivery will be billed a $10 handling fee plus shipping charges incurred for round trip shipment back to our warehouse. This fee applies to any order shipped that is unclaimed and returned to our warehouse by the shipping carrier. This fee does not apply to orders placed for items which are backordered, if the order is cancelled before it is processed or shipped. If a shipment that leaves our warehouse is refused, we will bill round trip shipping expenses, plus a 15% restock fee to recover our costs.
Pass Card Shipping Info
Pass cards will not be mailed or shipped when purchased online unless a special request is made during purchase. When purchasing a passcard online, simply print out the confirmation page or email and bring it to the studio to redeem your purchase.
Returns & Exchanges
Damaged or defective items must be reported within 7 days of receipt. All other merchandise must be returned within 30 days of ship date. If you would like to return or exchange an item, please contact us to fill out a request form, and we will send you instructions on how to send the item(s) back. The items must be in their original packaging, unused and in salable condition to receive credit. Customer is responsible for all shipping and handling costs relating to returned merchandise, including initial delivery and return delivery.
Pass Card Return Policy
Pass cards can only be refunded if they have not been used. No partial returns or refunds will be allowed on used passcards.
